CarelineUK is pleased to announce that it has been selected by Northern Housing Consortium (NHC) as a supplier on the Assistive Living framework.
This agreement enables NHC members to procure CarelineUK’s call monitoring services including personal alarm monitoring, out-of-hours emergency call handling and telehealth monitoring of long-term conditions such as Diabetes, COPD and high blood pressure, through a framework compliant with EU Procurement Directives.
Sister company Cirrus has also been selected as a framework partner for the supply, installation and maintenance of security systems, fire safety systems and telecare equipment. Collectively the two companies provide consortium members with the option of a complete telecare service from experienced providers that between them handle over 90,000 service and maintenance jobs and 1.5 million calls each year.
Andy Davey, Managing Director of Cirrus and CarelineUK, said: “This is a particularly important agreement for the social housing sector. With both companies selected as framework partners we can offer NHC members a comprehensive suite of services.”
“We look forward to continuing work with long-standing customers and the opportunity to offer the same independent advice, high levels of service and excellent value to other members of the Consortium.”
