The results from the recent independently analysed, CarelineUK customer satisfaction survey, show that CarelineUK has maintained its extremely high service standards. 91% of the 1249 people who responded to survey (on a scale of 1 to 10) gave an overall satisfaction score of between 8 and 10. Non users are also just as satisfied as users, reinforcing the peace of mind aspect of the service.
Overall customers are very pleased with the service they have received with 83% of people saying it met their expectations and 16% saying it exceeded them. Consequently, a very high number, three out of four, say they would definitely recommend the CarelineUK service to others.
When asked for additional feedback one individual commented “You could not improve on the way I was treated” another said “I have had several life saving occasions dealt with very efficiently by CarelineUK. I have several illnesses and feel re-assured by the CarelineUK service.”
Reassurance was a common theme in feedback, not that surprising given 83% of respondents live alone.
Amongst the individual responses that connect to CarelineUK directly, the service is considered easy to use, easy to set up and 85% of them rate it as good or excellent value for money.
