How To Get Started

To go ahead with the CarelineUK Personal Alarm service, all you need to do is contact us on 0845 434 5440 or complete the form on the right and we'll call you.

You can either rent the alarm or purchase it outright and we have different payment options to suit your circumstances and needs. 

We will send out a full pack which contains:

• Order form
• VAT exemption form*
• Two copies of the monitoring contract for you to sign - one to keep and one to return to us.
• Resident record form - this is where we ask for personal details in order to make sure CarelineUK are able to support and assist you in the best way, should you need us in an emergency.  For example, we will ask for your Doctors details and information of any medication currently used. 

As soon as we receive your signed contract, completed resident form and payment, CarelineUK guarantee that the alarm will be despatched to you within five days. The alarm will arrive pre-programmed and ready to use.

If requested, we can also arrange for an engineer to install the alarm and show you how it works.

* VAT exemption - You will be able to claim VAT exemption if you are chronically sick or disabled. You should consult Customs and Excise Notice 701/7 'VAT reliefs for disabled people' or contact Customs and Excise on 0845 010 9000.
