- If you require assistance, activate the alarm by simply pressing the button on your wrist band, pendant or base unit. The base unit will automatically dial CarelineUK and alert one of our highly trained operators, who will immediately know who you are, where you live and any other relevant details.
- Our operator will speak to you via the base unit (you will be able to hear them even if you are in a different room to the base unit) and will identify the most appropriate course of action to assist you.
- If our operator cannot hear you, they will try your phone line. If they are still unable to speak to you to confirm you are OK, they will summon assistance by either contacting your designated key holder (relative, neighbour or friend) or the emergency services.
- Dependent upon the circumstances of the alarm call, a designated key holder or the emergency services will arrive to provide you with the help you require.
